Simple Sesame Noodles

Simple Sesame Noodles

I love noodles. Really, who doesn’t love a good noodle? Any kind of Asian inspired noodle really floats my boat though. Typically sweet and savory, sometimes with heat, sometimes without. You can add anything you want. Protein, veggies, fruit. Whatever.

These however, are simple. Simple, but far from plain. Made only with a few ingredients, all in one measuring cup. They can be put together super quick and are a wonderful accompanyment to an Asian style chicken or beef. I served mine with some crispy chicken wings and it was a match made in heaven.

Throw some together immediately. They are that good.

12 ounces, Thin Noodles, Cooked And Drained
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2-3 cloves Garlic, Minced or pressed
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Pure Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons hot sesame oil
3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
4 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thin

Whisk all ingredients (except noodles and green onions) together in a bowl. Taste and adjust ingredients as needed.
Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with green onions and toss.
Serve in a bowl and slurp away.
