I haven’t been doing this for long but … I’ve learned that all of my pressure to write and post comes from within. When I started this little Blog, I was originally going to call it “365 Things You Don’t Know About Meat” and write EVERY DAY !! I’m not sure who I was kidding but … outside my full time job AND, the rest of the day that just seems to disappear … I was VERY silly to think I could even come CLOSE to keeping up that pace. I know I don’t write as often as I should but … now, I’m a LOT more realistic about how much I’m able to do. Stay hungry friend 🙂
